The post of Chief Information Commissioner and Information Commissioner shall be deemed to be vacant in the following cases:-
(a) In case of his death,
(b) If he attains the age of sixty-five years,
(c) If he resigns before the Prime Minister,
(d) If his term of office is completed,
(e) if he has been convicted by a court of a criminal offense of moral turpitude, or
(f) If he is removed from his post as per section 16.
